Who can use these templates?
Anyone! A lot of effort has gone into making each template as comprehensive as possible, so that anyone in any industry can use them. These contracts can be tailored for photographers, wedding planners, bloggers, influencers, speakers, coaches, graphic designers, event coordinators, entrepreneurs, creatives, and other small business owners.
I'm not in Texas. Can I use these templates, too?
Yes! All templates in my shop are drafted with universal language that pertains to common contract laws in the U.S. This means they are not specific to a particular State. However, to be perfectly compliant with your specific state laws, you should always have an attorney in your state review your contract.
Why are these better than others I can download online?
When I crafted these templates, I took care in factoring in the specifics of the industries who would benefit from them the most. This includes adding clauses that might possibly mitigate some of the typical legal concerns. Plus you can modify it even more to be as specific and relevant to you.
What if I need more than a template?

Can these templates be modified?
Yes, they can! And very easily, too! Each template includes yellow highlighted portions to showcase areas that need to be configured to your business. These are the areas that need to be modified. Some templates also include grey highlighted areas to denote optional areas to be removed or used, depending on the agreement. PLUS, to help you navigate this easily, each template includes a ‘how to’ guide and access to a video overview!
