The Podcast Guest Contract includes these important clauses:

• Assignment of Intellectual Property Rights (such as copyright) in the Podcast episode
• Protection from 3rd -party claims because of Guest’s fault
• Waiver of privacy and publicity claims and permission to use guest’s likeness for your podcast
• Giving sole discretion to the podcaster in decisions regarding edits, publication, marketing, etc
• Affirming that Podcaster is sole owner of podcast and podcast episode
• License to use for guest
• 12 clauses total prepared by Your Contract Buddy, LLC, attorney drafted and reviewed
