Anyone who collaborates or partners with Brands. It doesn’t matter if you’re a photographer, event planner, lifestyle blogger, fashion designer, or another professional. And it doesn’t matter if you partner with brands on regularly or not. Use this template to start with your best and strongest foot forward.

The Brand Exchange Partnership Agreement includes these important clauses:

• Payment Terms, which includes advance and exchange or barter of services or goods between the Brand and Blogger
• Details of Services offered, including blog posts and social media posts
• Ensuring Brand compliance with federal and state laws AND social platform policies and rules
• Artistic Release for Blogger— discretion in post aesthetic, content, and honest opinion
• Edits clause allowing edits up to blogger discretion and noting that Brand has to make edits in a timely manner
• Brand performance and responsibility
• Blogger Intellectual Property Ownership
• Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Force Majeure clause — that includes pandemics
• Other important clauses to strengthen the agreement and position you well in your business
